Brunch, coffee & quiet mornings on Springfield Ave.

A small neighbourhood cafe serving all-day brunch, single-origin coffee and a few simple things done well — on a leafy corner of Potts Point.

The neighbourhood

A small corner of Potts Point that feels like a slower morning.

Iki sits on Springfield Avenue, between the heritage facades and the palm-lined sidewalk that gives this pocket of Sydney its quiet European feel. Pull up a marble table out front, or take the corner seat inside with a coffee.

We open early, keep the menu short, and roast our coffee with a small Marrickville roaster. It's the sort of place you come back to on a Tuesday as easily as a Saturday.

Signatures

Two things we'd order, every time.

The Three-Cheese Toastie

The Three-Cheese Toastie

Gruyère, taleggio and mozzarella between buttered sourdough, pressed slowly until the edges turn lace.

Soft Scramble on Sourdough

No. 03

Soft Scramble on Sourdough

Three eggs folded over low heat with cultured butter. Sea salt, cracked pepper, nothing else.
